🕊 The Apostolic Advance System

Crusade & Conference Protocol
Mandate: Preparing the Highway for the Fresh Oil.

I. THE PRE-ARRIVAL PHASE: THE “ADVANCE TEAM”

Every mission begins with a “John the Baptist” team sent 7–14 days ahead of the Apostle.

  • Spiritual Mapping (Intercession Dept): The team must identify the “spiritual gates” of the city. They conduct 3–7 days of onsite prayer walking to break territorial resistance.
  • Mobilization (Outreach Dept): Partnering with local churches to ensure the “rejoicing crowd” is ready. They distribute flyers and run digital ads using the “Fresh Oil Hooks.”
  • Logistics (Admin/Ops):
    • • Venue Security: Ensuring the venue is safe and has clear “flow” for crowds.
    • • The Altar Setup: Ensuring the sound system is high-quality (The “Sound of the Mantle” requires clarity, not just noise).

II. THE “ARK” VENUE PROTOCOL

Every venue around the world must look and feel like Heaven’s Ark.

  • The Visuals: Large banners displaying: “REGENERATING NATIONS: A Fresh Outpouring with Apostle Joshua Vessel Achai.”
  • The Scent: The team should lightly scent the stage area with anointing oils (Frankincense/Myrrh) to prepare the atmosphere for the sensory experience.
  • The VIP Section: A designated area for local leaders and those with critical needs (The “Broken and Displaced”).

III. THE APOSTOLIC ITINERARY & HOSPITALITY

Uniformity in how the Apostle and his team are handled ensures the “Vessel” remains refreshed.

  • The Arrival:
    • • Apostle is met at the airport by the Head of Protocol and a local lead.
    • • Silent Transport: The car ride to the hotel should be quiet to allow the Apostle to stay in the “Secret Place” before the service.
  • The “Vessel” Suite:
    • • The room must be a sanctuary: Quiet, clean, and stocked with water, fruit, and a dedicated space for prayer.
    • • Access Control: No one meets the Apostle 3 hours before a crusade. This is “Oil Preparation” time.

IV. THE SERVICE ORDER OF OPERATIONS

A standardized “Flow of the Spirit” for HAM International crusades:

  • 0:00–1:00 (The Plowing): High-intensity Intercessory prayer led by the Advance Team.
  • 1:00–2:00 (The Invitation): Deep worship that focuses on the Hope of Glory.
  • 2:00–3:30 (The Manifestation): Apostle Joshua enters.
    • • Start: The Opening Declaration.
    • • Middle: The Word of Regeneration.
    • • End: The Demonstration of Power (Healing, Deliverance, and Fresh Oil Impartation).
  • 3:30–4:00 (The Anchor): The Team gathers names and contacts for follow-up and the Vessel Track online classes.

V. POST-MISSION STABILIZATION

We do not leave “orphans”; we leave “Vessels.”

  • The Hub Launch: If possible, appoint a local coordinator to start a “Home Ark” (small group) using your Stage 1 Curriculum.
  • The Digital Hand-off: Ensure everyone at the crusade is connected to Regeneration TV so they continue to receive the fresh oil.

🛡 MISSION TEAM CODE OF CONDUCT

  • Uniformity: Team members must wear the official Ministry Vestment or Badge.
  • Speech: No team member is allowed to give a “personal word” that contradicts the Apostle’s doctrine.
  • Servant Heart: We are there to serve the nation, not to be served by them. We carry the “Royal Spirit” of the Ark.
